The "Belt Feeder" has a weight detection bar connected to a load cell at the bottom of the belt, which sends the weight of the material measured through the belt to the controller to control the motor rotation to achieve the desired flow rate (e.g., Kg/h). With the high-resolution 1/8,000,000 load cell from K-Tron Corporation and our responsive proprietary software, we achieve stable and high-precision supply.
